Fire-Riverside
Riverside Fire Authority provides modern, progressive and professional services to approximately 26,000 citizens residing throughout the 184 square miles of Centralia, Hanaford Valley, Seminary Hill, Cooks Hill, Lincoln Creek Valley, Independence Valley and Garrard Creek. The Riverside Fire Authority is comprised of a full time career staff and a diverse group of community based volunteer personnel.

Human Resources
The Human Resources Director/Risk Manager provides advice and general supervision of personnel and related services for the entire governmental entity. These include the classification of positions, recruiting, selection, placement, performance evaluations, salary administration, job specifications, civil service coordination, training, contract negotiations and interpretations, EEO reporting, unemployment compensation, workers compensation, safety issues and claims involving the City, City employees or City equipment. Provides payroll and benefits services for all employees.

Municipal Court
The Centralia Municipal Court records and processes citations and infractions filed by the Centralia Police Department and complaints filed by the City Attorney's Office. The staff is also responsible for processing warrants and "No Contact Orders" for defendants who fall under the court's jurisdiction.
