Dog Licensing

Per Chapter 7.06 of the Centralia Municipal Code, it is unlawful for any person except licensed dealers to keep any dog two months of age or older in the city without procuring a license for such dog. The fee for a license is $10 for a spay or neutered dog and $30 if the dog is not spay or neutered. Upon qualifying, low-income seniors or low-income disable citizens can get a lifetime tag for a one time fee of $5. Proof of current rabies vaccination is required for all dog licenses. The license is good for a single calendar year (January 1 through December 31).

Subject to a $20 late fee if not renewed prior to February 1.

If you choose not to pay your fees online, you can still fill in the form and deliver it with proof of rabies to the Centralia Police Department at 118 W Maple Street, Centralia WA 98531.
