Monthly Sewer Rates

Ordinance No. 2225

All residential customers with sewer pay a monthly minimum plus an amount that is the lesser of (1) a charge for units of water used that month or (2) the "Winter Cap", which is the average monthly charge for water used in the months December through March. The Winter Cap is reset each April. Commercial customers have no cap feature. All sewer minimums do not include any units of water. One unit of water (750 gallons) equals 100 Cubic Feet. The following rates will be effective with the January billing.
