NOTE: If you are a customer with a past due balance, please find the amount due located in the Account Detail section of the screen once you’ve logged in. If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, please note that a $50 service fee must be paid in addition to the past due balance before service can be restored. Please call our office at (360) 330-7657 with any questions regarding your past due balance.

The City of Centralia is proud to offer residents and businesses online payment services for non-utility services such as Municipal Court, Police Department, City Hall, Permits or Public Works fees. Online payments made by credit or debit card are subject to the following user fees:

  • Online payments (Municipal Court, Police Department, City Hall, Permits or Public Works fees): 5% User Fee (minimum fee of $3.99, effective June 3, 2019)
